Policies and Procedures

Procedure:

When you see an item you wish to order please e-mail us so we can verify the specifics such as stone, size, length of chains etc. Most of our items are in stock and will be shipped within 7 business days. If sizing or alterations need to be made allow an additional 5 business days. If your item is not in stock, we will notify you with the date it will be shipped for your approval. Once an item has been shipped, you will be notified by e-mail.

There will be a 10 day hold placed on checks and Money Orders after they are deposited. There is a $20.00 return check fee.

EZ Pay is available to associates who work for a business that we hold on site fund raising events. Please contact us to get an account number.

Shipping:

Standard UPS Ground Shipping is free to our customers.

Overnight Fed Ex – $30.00

2nd Day Fed Ex – $20.00

Return Policy:

Any item that you have had us customize or alter is not refundable. All other items have a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery as long as it is in original condition. In case of damage during shipping, contact us immediately and keep the original packaging.
